This collection contains transcripts of oral history interviews conducted by Dr. David Rosenberg. The majority of the collected is comprised of several interviews with Louis Bortz, a victim of the McCarthy hearings on Communist activity. Other interviews discuss experiences within the labor movement in Pittsburgh during the 1930s to 1980s. Also included are the audiocassette recordings from interviews with Ben Findley, a Communist party candidate for U. S. Congress.
